The HACC program is a joint Commonwealth/State Funded program designed to provide care in the home for people who are frail aged and younger people with disabilities. This service helps people to live independently in their own home and to participate in their communities, maintain friendships and regular routines.

The HACC program also helps carers of these people through assistance with caring tasks or by giving them a break.

An assessment of income will be conducted to determine the level of fees payable. These fees are minimal and nobody is precluded from receiving services because of an inability to pay.

For more information about the HACC program follow this link to their website: www.health.wa.gov.au/HACC/index.html
