PHCS specialises in delivering person-centred solutions to support people– in the disability, aged and mental health sectors. We offer competitive rates with an optional salary packaging scheme for employees. Employees have the opportunity to salary package up to a maximum of $14,530 annually for personal or family expenses.

Flexible Hours

We appreciate that balancing work and family commitments can be quite a challenge and therefore negotiate hours that can suit your family needs.

Generous Leave entitlements

Our employees are employed under an Employee Collective Agreement which provides generous sick, family, parental leave. 13 weeks LSL after 10 years of service.

Vehicle allowance as you travel between the people you support

If you travel between the people you support in your own motor vehicle, we pay a vehicle allowance per kilometre.

Superannuation

Superannuation is paid in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992.

Modern Offices located in Osborne Park, Jandakot, Toodyay and Geraldton
