If you are dissatisified in any way, please tell us and we will act promptly to redress any upset that may have been caused to you or a member of your family. If you have a complaint about PHCS please contact us promptly on admin@phcs.org.au, phone the General Manager on 9204 7800 or write to the General Manager at PO BOX 1597, Osborne Park WA 6916. If you feel uncomfortable about making a complaint on your own, we encourage you to use an advocate. The following is a link to our complaints policy and procedure. Managing Your Own Support PHCS is committed to working together with you to manage you own funding and support. We aim to provide you with the resources and strategies to do this effectively. We believe that you have your own best interests at heart and are the expert in your life. |
